Andrea Montecchi, a managing principal with Oliver Wight, is an accomplished operations executive with extensive international experience in strategy development and global supply chain management. Andrea is a demonstrated leader of significant process development and change management with 12 years in senior and executive-level positions in industries including consumer electronics, medical devices, and fast-moving consumer goods.

Following 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, while with a global computer manufacturer, Andrea was responsible for developing and implementing their global supply chain strategy within two divisions supporting $9B in revenue; developing a new organizational structure and employing centralized planning and procurement optimizing limited global inventories totaling $160MM COGS. He was then hired by a medical device manufacturer as Director, Business Planning & Transformation, where he established a center of excellence.
